What happens after I have placed an order?
When you place an order to purchase a product from Lady2b you will receive a thank you email from us and confirmation of your payment. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we despatch that product to you What destinations do you deliver to? Do you deliver overseas?
We deliver worldwide including British Forces Post Office. There is a minimum order of £6 for orders outside the UK. How much is postage & packaging?
It’s FREE! At Lady2b we try to keep all costs down in order to give you the best prices on great fashion accessories. Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order at any time with a full refund by emailing sales@lady2b.com, provided we have not despatched your items. If we have despatched your items, then we are not be able to stop the delivery process. You may, of course, return any goods you do not want, in accordance with our Returns Policy, but we will not be able to refund the return postage costs. Please refer to the Returns section on this website.
Delivery Process
We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days of receipt of it. Orders placed outside normal working hours will roll over to the following day. In the unlikely event that the despatch of your order is delayed by more than 24 hours, we will contact you to advise you of the situation.
Airmail items take longer to deliver than UK deliveries, but you should receive your order within 7-14 working days. Sometimes items are delayed by Customs, in which case it may take longer to receive your order.
How do I return an item?
When returning goods we would ask that you follow the procedures in our Returns Policy so that we can refund your payment as quickly as possible.
Please note we do not offer refunds on jewellery for piercings, even if part of a set, due to hygiene regulations.
Lost Items
Please allow 10 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries.
It may be advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection
If the expected delivery has not been received within 14 working days after posting please email sales@lady2b.com and we will endeavour to resolve this problem in a prompt manner and to your satisfaction.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch, and Delta.
All accepted credit card logos are clearly displayed on the Checkout page.
Can I pay by other methods as I do not want to give my credit card or debit card details on-line?
Yes. We are able to take Postal Orders, Bank Drafts, Cash and payments via PayPal. Please refer to our alternative payments page for full details
